Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please be advised that all sales are final.
Our merchandise is custom made to order. We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, you must email us within 3 days of receiving merchandise at customerservice@theshorestore.com to notify us about the issue. At this time we will ask you to provide pictures showing the defects and ask you to return the merchandise. An email will be generated when the item arrives back in our warehouse. Once we confirm that the item was not worn or used we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
